"This place was by far the worst part of our trip"

Well, it was close to the harbor.
Room was so small, couldn't even walk around the bed. Other rentals were so noisy and obnoxious we couldn't sleep. Will never stay here again

The room was clean.
There is no HVAC control. Centralized unit for the entire complex (shared facilities and locked individual rooms). The temperature was very hot. We had to open the windows to cool it off but then you get exposed to the street sounds which makes it difficult to sleep soundly. There was also a smoke detector with a dying battery in a locked room that beeped all day and night unfortunately.
