Clean, modern and spacious apartment. Loved the location in Greenpoint. Comfiest beds and pillows I’ve ever had! Tea and coffee supplied. It can be loud in the two front rooms however the location makes it worth a bit of noise! Looks exactly like the pictures. Would stay again.

We loved the space in the unit and the location. Very close to 2 subway stations. Communication was very good. The dryer wasn’t working and when I mentioned this a technician was organised in very short space of time the day after Christmas which was great greatly appreciated. Value for money was outstanding compared to other accommodation in NYC for a family of 5. It was great to have a kitchen & laundry facilities. We stayed for 11 nights & having the ability to eat in and do washing was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Given the apartments sleeps 6 there could have been more crockery - only 4 small plates and 5 pieces of each other pieces which meant you have to wash after each meal. The front door to the building needed to be slammed multiple times to close. The taps in both bathrooms need repairing. They still work
