Modern Three Bedroom Brooklyn Condo-Hotel

The location was great, next to loads of nice bars and restaurants. The apartment was great for us as a family of 5, very spacious. It’s also right next to the subway.

The location is convenienly near two subway lines. The neighborhood is lively and full of great restaurant options. There are 24 hour grocery stores as well.

Front bedrooms face the street and it can be noisy at times though mostly it was quiet enough.

Comfortable beds with good bed linen Washing machine and tumble dryer useful. Large fridge/freezer Good WiFi Convenient for restaurants, delis etc. Lots of useful baby equipment.

No warning of 2 steep flights of stairs. We had a young child and with no elevator it wasn’t ideal. Would have liked to have been told this. Not enough seating in lounge. If 6 people staying in apartment, seating would be cramped. Blackout blinds would be helpful especially in front bedrooms. More cleaning equipments - sprays and cloths would be useful to keep the place clean. No bedside table in front double bedroom
