Late check-out surcharge, RM 100 per room from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm; MYR 200 per room from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check out after 6:00 pm, an extra day's room rate shall be paid. Late check-out is subject to availability .This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Wow - we can highly recommend this place - the owner made sure we feel welcome and have everything we need, the place was clean and comfy and we were happy about the pool. The location is also great and everything is in walking distance.

Good location with seaview. Owner is responsive.

1. Need to pay 400MYR as deposit which is not an issue. But It was not hold and release. It was deducted from your credit card. Owner will then pay you back after last day of stay. This caused me losing $7 due to the forien exchange rate in two transactions. 2. There was a loud noise every few minutes in first night which caused us sleepless. I am gratefull that owner gave us a different room on 2nd day. But we feel very tired during the day due to terrible night. 3. It was indicated 5 MYR parking fee for whole day in booking.com which is one of reasons I choosed this hotel. But in fact, it is 1MYR per hour. Owner is willing to pay back us parking fee in cash. But we had already left hotel. Bank transfer could not be done according to the owner. I just told him forget it since it is not a big amount. Just hope owner to amend the info on booking.com
