The accommodation is nice and comfortable. The place itself is at the centre of the city, so it's easy to go around. The host is very polite and attentive. Would like to book again for a long staycation 👍

Right in the middle of the town, sea views

The smell from the fish market when open the door from balcony. Public can come in and out the building without the key card yet.

Great Value, excellent location. The host, CK, was very informative and helpful. The pool has a beautiful view overlooking the sea. Only a bit of downside is that there is still a construction going on, but should finish soon.

Very clean, amazing location, host went above and beyond by recommending activities and answering any questions I had about where to find attractions.

Washer/dryer was subpar

The apartment is very modern, clean, has lots of natural light, has good pressure in the shower, strong wifi connection with personal router in the room, big TV with Netflix, a great view, and is very comfortable and safe. It’s handy having a washing machine and also a kitchenette here with a large fridge too. There is still some construction happening in the building however we haven’t found it to be an issue. The location is quite central too and walking distance to a few malls as well as restaurants and bars. There are also many options to have food delivered to the building using Grab. The host, CK, has gone above and beyond for us during our stay here. From picking us up at the airport, to sending through tons of recommendations, answering messages almost instantly, as well as stocking the fridge with water and Coca Cola, we cannot speak more highly of him. He has been absolutely wonderful and would definitely recommend this room to anyone coming to KK. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended twice!

Clean, strategic place, nice view. The owner even give a complimentary gifts and drinks. The most considerable owner as well as ashtray were provided at the balcony. (Non smoking room).

None as the place is complere with all amenities.

Location was fantastic, opposite the Kota Kinabalu night market and walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.

The block is completely new, the outside area wasn't quite complete. It wasn't a problem for us but may have been an issue for families, but I'm sure will be complete by now or very soon.

This was a fantastic place C Kv could not have done more to make the stay better All the local restaurants incl their special dishes plus all the tour operators . CK and the apartment overlooking the waterfront...fantastic Centrally located to supermarket Filipino and handicraft and night market. You could not find a better location in Kota Kinabalu
