Seaview Bliss Studio By Tropical Elegance

The owner was very nice and helpful. The building was still under construction but everything was fine. The view was amazing!

The location was perfect - it was a stone’s throw away from the local night market where you can eat eat fresh seafood, even buy vegetables and fruits - they are open until the early hours of the morning. It’s also very near KK waterfront for a more bar/live music kind of night life, very near jesselton jetty where you take ferries to the other islands, as well as a few other malls and notable restaurants like welcome seafood. The unit itself had a nice balcony facing the sea and the market below. It was clean, had a TV, had cooking facilities, had a large refrigerator, a couch, a cabinet, etc. the provided slippers was very useful. There is a bidet. If you want to cook though, bring your oil and condiments etc. though there are pots, pan, plates and utensils to use. The host, CK was also very nice. He was waiting at the driveway when we arrived, sent recommendations of places around the area to try, was very responsive about questions on Whatsapp, and also allowed us to leave our luggage to pick up at a later time after we checked out. Overall, this place is a good option if you don't want to spend too much on the very high end hotels, because the alternatives seem like very old rundown hotels.

The building itself, the shore, was still heavily under construction. The lobby is very dusty including the lifts. Lifts take a long time sometimes to arrive as it’s shared with many floors and many units. The pool water was dusty/cloudy as well when i tried to use it so didnt linger. Half of the pool area is under construction. There was a bad stench as well coming from the drain in the bathroom. Would have been nice if new bottles of water were provided each day, as well as an option for fresh towels. Especially if guests are staying for a longer period. No chute as well but just a centralised trash bin at the floor. Perhaps when the construction is all done the property will be nicer, but right now we were quite put off by the ongoing construction.

I had a wonderful time at this guesthouse! Firstly, the location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to reach tourist attractions and nearby restaurants. Moreover, I was impressed by the room facilities. The room was tastefully and comfortably furnished, with modern and well-maintained furniture and amenities. The bed was cozy and soft, allowing me to rest well every night. I also enjoyed the added bonus of the swimming pool within the building. It was a delightful surprise to have the pool mostly to myself during my stay, providing a serene and private aquatic experience. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay at the guesthouse, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit. Thanks for the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the guesthouse!

The wifi in this house was poor and the internet was slow.

Kind host, great view, clean, asthetic room, nice pool, great location. It was a wonderful stay.

Owner was super friendly, he gave us some free mango and really good recommendations!

The property is fantastic. It’s new, very clean & central to everything. CK is a fantastic host & provides lots of information to help you get to know the area.

There was quite a bit of construction noice. This won’t be an ongoing issue & something outside of the owners ability to control

CK was so helpful and attended to our ever need. I hat a great host! property was in a great location with greats amenities. everything was brand new, would definitely book again in a heart beat!
