Super nice sunset view. All the facilities are new and clean. The room is well equipped with cooking facilities, microwave, fridge, smart TV, even a smart washing machine. Besides, the onwer is super friendly and helpful, really appreciate his recommendations and guidance throughout the vacation. I would definitely recommend my friends to stay here in the future.

This apartment is in the brand new 20+ story block that is called The Shore, in the centre of Kota Kinabalu. It is pristine,the double bed is very comfortable and there is a small lounge area with table and chairs and a small settee, it also has a very large flat screen, it has a balcony that overlooks the sea and allows you to appreciate the amazing sunsets.. it has everything that you could need. The location is right in the middle of the bustling town and just a 5min walk to the night markets and the The Waterfront which has numerous restaurants and bars.

The excellent location combined with warm and attentive service makes staying here the top choice. It is especially recommended for couples who are traveling. If you have the chance to stay in a unit with a sunset sea view, make sure to stay in the room during the evening. The beautiful and uniquely sunset only lasts for ten minutes, and it's truly worth it

The sunset sea view unit are very limited, not easy to book through online. Especially weekday.
