I had a wonderful stay at this lovely and cozy property! Just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Negombo Beach, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing break. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming feel. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop pool, such a great place to unwind with a 360° view of the city and the sea. Whether you're here to explore or just relax, this place offers the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

The room had an amazing view to the beach and the city.I went there to relax and did not disappoint when I see the view. Everything was perfectly arranged and we were highly satisfied with the customer service. Overall experience was excellent and I would come back again when I have a chance. Would recommend to my friends and family too.

The room was a decent size with plenty of storage.

This is a privately owned room within the hotel and there is no housekeeping on site. The TV didn't work and we had the same sheets, no body gel and only two towels for the five days of our stay. There was one plate in the 'kitchen' and no cleaning materials for the bathroom, but thankfully I had some anti-bacterial wipes with me. We ran out of tea, coffee and bottled water after the first day, despite repeated attempts to contact the owner by my husband, who finally managed to speak to her thanks to the hotel reception staff. We were told someone would come to the room that same day so we waited in until 7.30pm but no-one came. After speaking to my husband, who was rather annoyed by then, the owner finally organised an engineer to repair the TV and someone brought a few bottles of water, some sachets of coffee, one tea bag, anther plate and some cutlery the following morning, day four- but no shower gel. The owner eventually gave us her WhatsApp number after I contacted her via the Booking.com website, but it would have made life much better had she done that at the beginning of our holiday. There is a nice balcony with a view of the sea but the sun doesn't shine on it at any time of the day. The addition of a microwave and a few basic kitchen items plus some cleaning equipment would be a great improvement. I hope the owner is better organised for future guests as it is quite a nice room but after our experience I couldn't recommend staying here.

The apartment was never cleaned by management team. The was not enough clean towels,and shower gel unit was empty and not refilled from the previous resident vacating property. I pointed these faults out to owner who assured me my queries would be address.They never did address them. I would not consider booking this apartment residency again

The location was extraordinary. Direct sea view from the bed. Very spacious.

There weren’t any carpets. Specially in the washroom.
