Beautiful cottage in Brentwood

The property is in need of some tic as do the grounds.

The property could do with a good spring clean as there was dust and hairs in the en suite bath of one of the rooms we used. There was some ‘food waste’ around the lid of the waste bin in the kitchen. The air fryer still had some fat residue inside and the odour wasn’t the best. On the outside the gardens didn’t appear as good as in the the photos with quite a bit of rubble laying about. We didn’t venture out to the rear garden and our comments are based on the view from the conservatory. The small bridge over the pond didn’t appear to be the safest, again this was a view from the conservatory. The house was very dark internally and again not as bright as it appears in the photographs , however with a bit of time and money spent on the building and grounds it could become very nice indeed.

Great location to family, very clean and tidy and quiet. Safe place to walk around with my two dogs on the large ground
