Amazing views. Comfortable room. Staff very helpful. My granddaughter and I enjoyed refreshing cold drinks in the bar after hot days on the beach.

Only 6 parking places on site. It was a Bank Holiday so street parking was quite hard to find. Evening meals would have been welcome especially as the dining room had lovely views.

The location is incredible, waking up to a beautiful sea view was a difference maker. I also had to get to Scarborough Spa and it was 25 minutes on foot at a push. Also, the staff were great, especially the younger woman who greeted my partner and I, and informed us of the parking scratch cards.

Honestly, nothing springs to mind. I'd be lying if I said it's the luxurious hotel in the world but it completely surpassed my expectations when typically, I just book somewhere to throw my stuff in and then sleep at night.

The room was clean and comfortable

If you wanted a drink you had to wait while the receptionist come barman was finished serving in the restaurant.

Sea views wherever you stay in this hotel more or lesss so can t lose.Wxcellent value for money.Attentive staff and lovely rooms.

Nothing to complain about apart from person in next room whose phone allarm went off 4 times from 3am to 7am,not good!but not the hotels fault.

Having to pay for parking at the hotel which it says is limited and you only pay if you have to park off site. The shower pressure and thermostat needs attention as you can have hot or very hot. Tepid is a mere dribble. SPARE BOG ROLL. I had to get back into the shower to wash my "jacksey" as there was no spare bog roll.

Very pleasant stay, staff were helpful and attentive. Hot breakfast was lovely, self service style. Parking was limited but we got lucky. The only slight issue was the music travelling up to the second floor, from i presume the concert room.
