ZAI booked this accommodation online, got to the place and it was fully booked out already. Up until today I still haven't receives my refund.
ZAThe place was fully booked when I arrived, i already paid. i had to do booking at other hotel same time. Luckily I had money to do another booking at another hotel. I see a fraud here. How can you accept a booking and money when room is not available!????
ZAI got to the property an there were no rooms available . Reception tried getting us another stay, but we already paid for 3 nights , they got the booking on file but still there were no rooms available it was the worst experience ever, I would not advise anyone to go this place EVER !!!!!

I booked online on booking.com , I went to the Lodge around 19:30 to check in, when I got there they told me that the place is fully booked, the kind of room I booked (Private) had no space. I had to Cancel, and put in a request for free cancellation, even today I haven’t gotten my money back 😒
ZAIt was so bad, we did not stay. It is a backpacker, but brands not as such .
The room looked like it had been recently used and not fresh. False advertising.
ZANothing when I got there they said the rooms are full and chased me out after I’ve already paid , they haven’t even refunded me
ZANothing it’s horrible they scammed us, told us the place was fully booked after we have made the booking and got confirmation and when we get there they told us to cancel and we never received our money back. The receptionist was horrible shouting at us not being helpful at all blaming the marketing guy. Anyway book it at ur own risk they horrible.

ZAThe place is dodgy I will never recommend it to anyone especially if you are with your partner Pictures don't match the description of the place full very rude staff no care had to go else where and left that place in the middle of the night because I couldn't take
