The Room was on a high floor that's all

The host didn't give access card. When I asked for it the host didn't respond at all. I had to request security to open the door lobby every time I went in. The toilet sink tap didn't work at all. The Aircond was so noisy. The TV could not even turn it on. I am a regular guest there and so far the worst was the host didn't respond to my problems.

The room was poorly maintained, and lacked cleanliness. The room and common areas felt unkempt, and security seemed inadequate. Overall, it was an uncomfortable stay, and I would not recommend it.
