"Worst Stay Ever"

Nothing

The apartment looked nothing like it did in the ad. It was totally different. The host didn't bother messaging the check in instruction until i had to text. Worse still, the water heater didn't work and the host didn't bother replying my message nor answering my call. Had to leave the same night.

I CAN ACCEPTED THE VIEW ONLY, INSIDE THE TOILET IS ONLY GOT 1 ROLL TOILET PAPER AVAILABLE TO USE LUCKILY WE ARE 3 PEOPLE OF MY FAMILY STILL CAN USE IT AND THE BATH ROOM NO ANY HANGER TO HANG UP TOWEL OR CLOTHING IS VERY USELESS......HACE TO IMPROVEMENT....

TOILET UTILITIES IS USELESS LIKE NOTHING TO BE HANG WITH OUR TOWEL, CLOTHING AND ALSO NO DUSTBIN TO DROW THE RUBBISH.........

"Bad experience"

Day 1: The unit is absolutely not suitable for 3 people as stated. The sofa was in terrible condition and we couldn't even sleep on it. I asked if we could change units, but there was no response from the host even after they read my message on WhatsApp. They also didn't answer my call. Day 2: The water stopped while my coworker was bathing. There was no response from the host for this issue. They saw my message but didn't bother to reply. We had to check out at 10 am as there was no water to bathe. We had to look for another place to bathe and attend our meeting. It was extremely inconvenient.
