AULovely spacious unit in a great complex. Easy to access and close to the airport and sepilok. Great value and nice cool aircon. Jasmin was great to deal with and very helpful.
Beautiful facilities but the pool was closed whilst we were there. It can’t be helped but it did look amazing and wish we could have had a swim. The pillows were not very comfy but the apartment was lovely and clean.

GBExcellent and comfortable accomodation. Perfect for exploring the orangutan santuary and other sights. We stayed 3 days with very fussy kids. Thankfully there was a supermarket and some western food places really handy for said fussy kids. Clean, spacious accomodation with a great pool. Very easy to get grab taxis and food delivered,, no mosquitoes and a very handy washing machine. The bedding was comfortable. There were brooms etc if you wanted to tidy up a bit. Sandakan is not as developed in terms of tourism like Kota Kinabalu. We did a one night trip to Kinabatan river with Mr Aji's tours. I highly reccomend. Kinabatan river is about 2 hours away and it is so fascinating to see animals that can only be found in Borneo. Did some local sightseeing in town. The orangutan sanctuary is a must but I feel if you are being conservative with your money the sun bear can be missed. It really wasnt that great and expensive for the experience. We took the kids for a change of scenery to play in the water slides at Sabah Hotel for a small fee. The tv in the apartment worked great. There was a hot and cold water dispenser which was amazing. This is really a perfect family accomodation.
Dont feel shy to ask the owner about how to access the apartment etc. The instructions were good but I still had questions and she was extremely communicative which was great. The apartment is on the 5th floor and the lifts work well.
