Located in a safe neighbourhood.

1. Communication with the host is poor. She did not send check-in instructions (I had to call to request them), and also had to call upon check-out 2. The photos suggest that the property has its own private pool and BBQ area, but in reality these facilities are shared communal amenities within the estate. 3. The TV remote does not work and we were told to research & find an app to navigate the TV. 4. The bed in one room is too hard, and the bed in the other room is too soft. The pillows are poor quality, making them difficult to sleep on. 5. Toiletry amenities like hand soap weren’t provided. 6. The unit overall is run down and not well taken care of (e.g broken dustbin lid, balcony door doesn’t lock, the kitchen crockery isn’t good quality, room cupboards were locked etc.)
