Апартаменты удобные, прекрасное местоположение. Нам понравилась терраса, постельные принадлежности, есть посуда, микроволновка, тостер, чайник.

1. Апартаментам нужен хозяин. Самая большая проблема - горячая вода. Иногда ее вообще нет, иногда она течет несколько минут. Судя по всему, котел нуждается в чистке. Мы не первые гости, у которых была эта проблема, но управляющая компания игнорирует жалобы. 2. Вторая проблема - это wi-fi, которого нет по сути. 3. Холодильник сломан, он течет, дверка плохо открывается. 4. Розетки, их мало, утюг не работает. Мы писали и говорили про утюг, но компания игнорирует все жалобы. 5. И, наконец, штопор. О нем писали многие гости, но он по прежнему сломан. Мы шли в соседний ресторан и просили персонал открыть нам бутылку. Одним словом, это все ужасно.

The place is beautiful and in a great location. The apartment is just a short walk from the city center, yet it's practically next to one of the city's most interesting attractions. AC was working, kitchen is nice (it takes a few moments to figure out which button turns on what). All around shops, restaurants, bakery and so forth.

Czysto, ładnie nowocześnie, mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzeba w super lokalizacji. Polecam.

Location, beds confort

Lo mejor, camas cómodas, dos baños, Aires acondicionados en buen funcionamiento.

Tienen un problema serio con el agua caliente, muchas veces no funciona! Los utensilios están viejos y necesitan actualizarse, por ejemplo no tenían sacacorchos. En general necesita una inversión en la instalación.

Very nice location, easy to reach main station and also very nice cafes and restaurant in walking vicinity

The only thing was the unsufficient descriptions for the trash. But in and of itself, it was also not such a big problem

The location is very good

On arrival the air conditioning didn’t work - having reported it we had to chase and it was repaired the following day. The apartment is very tired and having read older reviews lots of the issues are long standing - toilet seat damaged and taped up, from April this year, broken corkscrew since October 2024, mould in the shower and damaged furniture and refrigerator. We were told that the toilet would be repaired but no one showed up to do that. The outside space is dismal and basically the bottom of a light well.

Perfect location, strategically between Bologna Centrale and city centre. We had all amenities of a modern house. Not much sunlight, but it's not a disaster.

Location was spot on . The bed was comfy and decent sheets and towels

Most of the cupboards and drawers were broken. There were massive cobwebs hanging off the ceiling. The whole place felt a bit shabby and uncared for. Dirty washing left in the washing machine and felt very dated.

Good location. Spacious though because the main living room is below ground level with windows to a closed space there was little light and no view. Pleased to have some basics for cooking

Little awkward to have bathroom downstairs off the living room. Corkscrew broken!
