Super comfortable room, spotlessly clean, very spacious, very comfortable king bed

bed sheets were not very comfortable. The bed and pillows too. Think higher quality and cotton would be better.

The best thing was that place was super clean. Staff for sure is doing good job of up keep. Normally I wear indoor slippers even in my own house because I can stand any dust or moist on my feet. Walking bear feet in this house wasn’t an issue. Room was super spacious and overall it was a very comfortable stay.

It is a house so you have a room in a house. U have personal space but you are still sharing the space with others. Staff were very good and they still can do better, perhaps smile a bit more with more welcoming expressions (very subjective). Also we didn’t like they insisting to receive a deposit in cash and hold us going to room until boss says online transfer is OK. Comeon let us go in whats the deal with 100 ringgits? Projector can be bit better too. We were also contanly worried that our kids will break something like pool table or the que sticks.

The maid who staying there shouting in when talking in phone disturbed us and she a bit rude towards the guest. If she change her attitude and behaviour, she will be awesome person. Other than that, all was good.
