It’s clean, spacious, private and comfortable. Good facilities ~ swimming pool, karaoke, billiard and tv games. Dining hall is clean, spacious and well equipped with drinks and snacks, microwave, toaster oven and air fryer. Staff and maid are very friendly and helpful. I like my room , it has a hammock that I can rest and relax. Worth the money to stay here. I’ll come back again on my next trip to Subang.

Nothing much to complain except that if there’s hand tower to dry the basin area and a floor mat/towel, would be better. And there are mosquitoes in the hall area (downstairs) when air cond is turned off.

No good thing

When I got to the courtyard, a waitress blocked me outside the door and asked me to show which room I had booked. I showed her the order I had printed in advance, but she said no, she couldn't confirm it. I thought, couldn't she let me enter the hotel first and sit down on the sofa next to the front desk to talk? The sheets were dirty and had hair on them. I told the waiter and she said the sheets had been changed and were clean. I'm not blind, can't I tell if the sheets are clean or not? This is not a B&B or hotel, it is a design and engineering company that has built several model rooms for display and use. The model rooms were turned into hotel rooms to make some money. Moreover, there is an air-conditioning vent directly above the bed. I have never seen such a hotel room design. The air-conditioning vent is directly above the bed, which greatly affects the night's rest and is very harmful to health.

I stayed there only for one night at it was great! Staff were really helpful! I really recommend it!

It was very clean. Nice big bathroom. Nice decor.

Very poor support from staff. Reasonably friendly Indonesian maid unfortunately spoke no English. Occasional staff appearing on site generally locked themselves in a data room and offer no help or hospitality as they seemed to be immersed in some other online business. Access to pool table and playstation were removed without notice and unavailable for 4 out of 7 days. The swimming pool was overly chlorinated so we only used it once as the next day we suffered from very itchy skin and scalp. We never really felt welcome. Rather like interlopers in someone else's house. Some guests cooked very smelly food over 2 nights making the kitchen unusable to everyone else. Although I paid for the private studio I was given a smaller room so I feel I was overcharged.The table in the room was pretty flimsy.

The location. It was near my relative's place. I like how quiet the neighbourhood is. Unique room style.

The room is a little dusty and the bathroom basin pipe was leaking and stopped after awhile. The toilet drainpipe gets flooded after awhile. We've informed the staff at the facility and hope they can improve on it. Parking was limited.
