GBMould in the bathroom. Dirty steps leafy up to apartment. Carpet lifted (trip hazard). Flooring in kitchen patched up with sticky tape. Smelt of stale cigarette smoke.

Approach to flat a bit grim. Litter on stairs.
IMCosy and comfortable, excellent wi-fi, easy to walk into town. We were there for the Kynren Festival and it was an easy walk to the shuttle bus and the Castle, shops etc
Just needs a little TLC/decorating - it could be really lovely. Sink in bathroom didn't drain properly, handle missing from one of kitchen cupboards, dead plants and full ash tray on balcony ...
