It's a nice neighborhood, with access to the beach with umbrella and sunbeds included, and some restaurants and a shop.

The apartment was really old, things were not well maintained. Very old mattress and pillows, could use a change. Sofa was a dirty futon, not even a cover. Nothing like the pictures. Cutlery was very basic, not even a knife to cook. You have to buy your washing up liquid, sponge, tablets for dishwasher and washing machine. They could have added a cloth and table cloth for the guests convenience. The garden furniture where plastic, not like in the pictures shown. The grass in the backyard (which was our view from the terrace) was not cut when we arrived and it wasn't cut for the two weeks we were there. The showers were clogged, but the handyman came straight away when we called. The whole apartment could use a deep cleaning and refurbishment. (Toilet was also full of scale). And with little money they could add helpful stuff for guests that could make the difference. Another thing is that it was super noisy during the morning, so you can't sleep until late.

Assurda la posizione della nostra camera con le porte finestre della camera da letto e dell’angolo cottura che dava su un viale di passaggio. Rumore e voci assordanti dall’alba fino a alla sera. Impossibile aprire le persiane, quindi zero luce naturale, altrimenti avremmo avuto le persone in camera! Bagno cieco e doccia vecchissima che perdeva fuori. Addirittura non dotata di doccino ma solo fissa. Al nostro arrivo tutte le luci della stanza erano fulminate, sono state cambiate repentinamente ma il manutentore ha fatto cadere una lampadina quindi i vetri erano ovunque. Non è stata fatta ripristinare la pulizia, ma abbiamo dovuto farlo noi. Il frigorifero, completamente arrugginito, il secondo giorno si è spento, comportando uno spreco del cibo che avevamo dentro. Ovviamente non ci è stato proposto alcun tipo di vantaggio alternativo. Inoltre in tutta la camera non c’è uno specchio a tutta altezza. Solo in bagno a mezzo busto.

Das einzige Positive war der Parkplatz direkt bei der Wohnung – das war sehr praktisch. Aber ehrlich gesagt: Es ist wirklich schwierig, etwas Positives zu schreiben, wenn man so maßlos vom Gastgeber enttäuscht wurde und das Gefühl hatte, dass es ihm völlig egal war, wie unser Aufenthalt verlaufen ist. Keine Empfehlung.

Wir waren vom 22. bis 30. Juli 2025 in dieser Unterkunft – leider war der Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung. Seit dem ersten Tag kam es täglich zu Stromausfällen, teilweise mehrmals pro Tag. Dadurch funktionierten Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Licht und Steckdosen immer wieder nicht. Der Vermieter hat das Problem zwar zur Kenntnis genommen, aber keine Lösung angeboten. Stattdessen wurde nur auf den Stromanbieter verwiesen. Auch andere Gäste vor Ort hatten das gleiche Problem – offenbar ist es ein bekanntes, dauerhaftes Problem, das aber nicht im Vorfeld kommuniziert wurde. Für den sehr hohen Preis von 1.800 € hatten wir eine funktionierende Unterkunft erwartet. Der Zustand war jedoch absolut unzumutbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Posizione fantastica, vicina a tutto (spiaggia privata, market, bar, ristoranti), e tranquilla; spiaggia privata con ombrellone e lettini (anche più di uno se non c'è gente), parcheggio comodo, personale della reception gentilissimo, hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Assolutamente da provare
