Marina Beach Residence with private beach in Marinella

We found everything we needed for a perfect holiday with small kids. A small private beach is just a few steps away, and there are several restaurants, a bakery, and a grocery shop within the resort. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful—they truly made us feel welcome.

There are a few areas for improvement. In my opinion, waste management could be simplified by providing clearly labeled bins for each type of waste. I also found the beds and pillows to be average and not particularly comfortable. Additionally, some areas of the house would benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious, slightly rustic furniture in the Sardinian style, but we liked it. The kitchen is fully equipped. The two bathrooms were the perfect choice for a family of four. All the necessary facilities are in the immediate vicinity: - A wonderful private beach with a free set for guests of the complex; - The nearby Marinella beach is a 5-10 minute walk away for those looking for dynamics and additional fun; - Marina where you can rent a boat (Gianpaolo or Fabrizio) to visit the beautiful nearby bays and islands or look for diving lessons; - Plenty of restaurants within the complex and around the marina worth trying, each special in its own way; - A large supermarket within the complex that is very well equipped; - Free parking with many parking spaces right next to the complex; - And many other positive things...

The complex is a bit outdated, it needs some renovation.

The location is just great, it is far enough from the most crowded places, but at the same time close to all the beautiful beaches (by car). The two beaches which provide the umbrellas and sunbeds are also very beautiful with clean water. It was very convenient to have the kitchen as you might know the prices in restaurants on Sardinia are quite high. The view from the balcony was just one in a million.

When we arrived the main light in the room didn’t work and the shower holder was broken. Even though such things happen, it was clear that cleaning person saw it, but simply ignored. So, we had to waste our time waiting for the maintenance. But it’s important to mention, the technician arrived super fast after my call and fixed everything. I would also recommend to improve the communication. For example, no one explained where to through out the trash and if you don’t do it, they will charge 50 euros. So, again you need to call and clarify by yourself. For some reason, water collection point is open only from 8 to 11 in the eveningng and in the afternoon, which is again inconvenient as early morning you go to the beaches, evening you want to spend having nice dinner. Another thing, on communication, we were not explained where the beaches with sunbeds are located, so we found one by ourselves, and only after several days we figured out there is another one. The kitchen didn’t have the basics, and it’s good we were going by car and just brought everything from home. But, I don’t think asking for salt, pepper, and sponges is too much for this price.

Big bonus that near the residence is situated supermarket with everything you need for,also you may find quite cheap pizzeria,restaurants close to the Porto Marana (5minutes by walk), there is Gelateria too) Private beach with beds and umbrella free of charge also is a big advantage! I am looking forward to visit this beautiful place again!

Our stay was perfect... everything we were looking for was there. From the private beach to the supermarket and the restaurants. The apartment was nice and spacious and had everything essential. The staff around the property was nice and helpful.
