Broadway’s Canterbury City Escape

Location was fantastic

Scaffolding arrived 8am Monday morning

Good location in relation to city centre, availability of cleaning/washing materials with a dishwasher and washing machine and lots of kitchen utensils Apartment was very clean Parking for the car albeit someone else (a local workman) was parked in our allocated spot when we arrived!

The entrance and corridors are very run down and give a bad first impression The inside of the property is nice but on closer inspection is tired such as the worn toilet seat, tears in the settee and the bedding needs replacing especially the bottom sheets. The balcony area needed a cleaning.

Lovely place to stay, great location, very comfortable and perfect for our group! Would stay again!

Location was good it was clean and had good bathrooms and kitchen facilities

The lift was broken and although we reported it it was not fixed before we left. It had been broken for some time. The outside of the property and stairwells were very shabby the beds and bedding were very cheap and low quality

Excellent location near to supermarkets and to Canterbury city centre and sights, all within walking distance.

The apartment could do with an upgrade and a good clean, especially the second shower cabinet.
