The heater in the living room didn’t work so a bit cold in the evening

Clean, cosy, lovely appartment. Spacious, functional, with 2 bathrooms, a lovely kitchen and a big balcony. I particularly liked the fact that the ensuite had both a shower cubicle and a bath.

En suite door lock was smashed and it didn't close or lock. It had a visible hole into the toilet that made my partner uncomfortable. Also the bathroom sink drain plug was stuck shut when we arrived and wouldn't lift. Thankfully I was able to reach underneath the sink and push the lever to unblock it. But if my family were there without me, they wouldn't have been able to use the sink. I understand that someone may have incurred these damages in the previous stay and the host potentially didn't have enough time to sort them, but a heads up would have been nice.

Great location. Owner responded quickly when messaging with questions. Easy to check in.

Door handle in en suite bathroom coming off. Very old mattresses and bedding (bobbly sheets) etc - could do with an upgrade. Overall clean but also had glasses with lipstick in the cupboard. Maybe consider an info sheet regarding wifi details and heating etc?
