Excellenct and best location I've ever found near Austin for value.

Could have maybe used a fan in room for circulation, but I also didn't ask I'm sure they would have tried to accommodate but it was just a couple nights.

Location is good

The floor have the vents from the heating and it conditioner and is very uneven. The fan in the toilet is super noisy

"A bit disappointing!"

Communication from the owner was excellent. Supplies were plentiful. House was clean.

The pictures posted and ratings were quite misleading. The neighborhood was sketchy. Surrounding properties by the home were quite neglected with lots of junk in front of the houses. The clean towels were quite worn and thin and should be thrown out. Luckily there were extra towels in the laundry room.

One of our favorite booking.com lodging! Cozy cottage, very roomy for 2 people, big enough for 4. Welcoming, homey atmosphere, with little warm touches like candy and a bottle of wine. Nice spots of color; not one of those sterile black/white/grey lodgings. Quiet street at night, though moderately busy during the day. Safe and pleasant neighborhood, walking distance to the Town Lake greenbelt. Centrally located; very convenient. Efficient heating, roomy full-sized fridge. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Pleasant little dining area, and cozy small living room. Extra blankets hospitably offered, and full-cotton sheets provided upon request. Handy wash and dryer. Full of light indoors, outdoor seating on porch with a pleasant area in back. Great value for the money! We would absolutely return, and recommend it to anyone visiting Austin! We miss this sweet place...

More big ceramic dinner plates needed. Floor HVAC vents have small knobs that could potentially be a tripping hazard; should be replaced with vents with flat knobs. A chest of drawers in each bedroom would be useful. No driveway or garage, only street parking, but this was almost always available.

"Lovely cottage with restaurants close by."

The cottage is well set up.Very clean and homey.We loved the back verandah.

I would have preferred cotton sheets.Single beds too soft.
