Location, location , location it is so central to literally everything and walking distance to beach and busy areas for shopping, dining and night life. Quite a modern beautiful building and apartment.

Attention to details lacking. I asked for 03 pillows to sleep with was said not a problem never arrived. More cleaning can be offered in 07 nights only once came, also without prior planning and they had my contact details.

I stayed at this location 2 months. Location is wonderful close to beach with a road with a little shade. 7-eleven nearby host was nice and accommodating I requested a blanket and he provided it next day. Bed was good on the firmer side. 2 swimming pools. Free weekly cleaning. Nice balcony not facing the sun so you can enjoy it in shade during the day if you can stand the heat. Facing the garden, away from the mosque. You can't hear the calling the pray. But even if you do is only at sunset.

Room was a bit dark at night the light's were weak. Cleaning was good but it lacked a bit of deep cleaning from time time.

The appartment has everything its very well equipped The owner dan is amazing and responsive he sorrs out if any problem

The location was good, walking distance to mall, Bangla road etc.

There is a Mosque near by so many time a day prays at any hour of the day, apartment doesn't have any should proofing so can be noisy. The over complex and even apartment could be clearing, maybe a lick of paint would help.

Great location, great price, plenty of space and the team were very helpful.
