It has a nice pool.

Poor communication. No TV. Far from beach and nightlife. Cold showers. No room cleaning.

The apartment was perfect with incredible noise protection considering it was in the heart of everything. It was very quiet and clean. We couldn´t even hear our neighbours even though we had many. We slept very well every night with brilliant air con. The wifi didn´t work on the first day but was immediately rectified by the owner who brought out an engineer. It worked perfectly after that and so did Netflix (if one needs a break from the immense hot weather). So we were very grateful for that service. It was very easy to contact the owner if necessary. It was a superb location, 5 minutes to amenities and 10 minutes walk to the beach which was beautiful. We visited both Karon och Kata beach which were also beautiful but we thought Patong beach was still the best. So we felt very lucky to be so close to it. It was the first time we had visited Thailand and it definately exceeded our expectations and so did the apartment. If we were to return to Patong, we would not hesitate to book the same apartment, which says it all. This apartment is definately recommended and worth a stay. Thanks to the owner Duncan for offering a brilliant service and a lovely apartment.

Clean and convenient location. The apartments are all much of a likeness with them having the same furniture pack, mirror etc.

No mention that a mosque is facing the apartments with tannoy speakers blaring prayer out at 5am and all throughout the day. Forget having a siesta as well. I did message the owner and asked why there was no mention of noise pollution at an unacceptable hour. I was tired daily and wouldn’t recommend as quality sleep is an important factor of a rental,
