The Deck Condominium Patong Beach

Everything was Fantastic. Hotelier Duncan was amazing, flexible, helpful, customer oriented, communication was always clear. Thank you :-)

The location is pretty good. Not to gar from the beach. Not to far from Bangla road.

The hotel (my room) was in desperate need of an upgrade. The chair and couch in my room where so dirty, that a homeless person would not want to have them. All the communication was thru the booking app chat. Duncan told us, if you need anything to make your stay better. Just ask. Well, i asked for a softer pillow. But i got no response from Duncan. Then i asked if we could get clean towels. Then Duncan told me our room would be done the next day. So we did not get new towels that day, and the next day also nobody came. I texted Duncan again that we still did not get any clean towels. But Duncan did not react again. In our stay of 5 days our room and towels where not cleaned once. Even after i asked for towels. So in short. I think that Duncan can use a few lessons in hospitality and communication. Don’t say you want to do anything to make my stay better if you don’t want to do anything.

Great location in patong, close enough to everything but also not too close to be bothered by the noise. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooftop Pool was a life saviour in the heat and great gym/ washing facilities.

The only downside for us was the bed being a bit uncomfortable (very firm mattress ) would be nice to have a mattress topper and additional pillows for people like us who like a softer sleep🙂

Close to the sea. Close to Bangla road. Quiet place. Cool swimingpools.

There was not cleaning. There was not free bikes.

nice bathroom, nice location, despite central location: quiet. Convenient 7/11 mini market right outside the property. Good swimming pool on the rooftop.
