New Zealand House Apartments by Happy Days

The whole building is stinking of dampness the floor in our bedroom is terrible you sink into the floor which is rotten and water seeping out, tiles cracked , sink doesn't drain away in the bathroom so wouldn't recommend this to anyone, had to sleep with the window open because the smell was so bad. Actually amazed that Booking. Com still has it on their website

Great location, lovely clean apartment,

The lift wasn't working when we got there, but one phone call as it was sorted 20 mins later, which was fantastic as we had ladies with mobility issues, could of done with a dustpan and brush

Great location. Spacious apartment

No hot water at all. Not even lukewarm. Reported it every day and on day 3 we were offered another apartment. We refused as we were leaving the next day. Totally unacceptable to expect people to shower in cold water. It was -2 outside and just as cold in the shower. There's a dreadful musty smell in the apartment. We bought air freshener and left windows open but it didn't help. Maybe a few dehumidifiers would work. The shower saga could easily be fixed with a couple of electric showers. Overall the apartment is a bit tired and could do with a revamp.
