Location. Very good value. Large space

The main bathroom had a drain problem creating a strong smell. Also, a bit noisy from local business in the morning with deliveries

The size of the rooms and number of beds. Very clean and plenty of equipment for everyone .

Some maintenance issues but they did not spoil our stay. Due to the type of property it is (large group facility) these were not all surprising. Staff responded quickly by e mail to our comments.

Great location, clean. Had most things we needed

Was a good location. Beds comfy and very spacious apartment.

We had no hot water for our entire stay. Staff tried to fix it but was out of their control and theywere easily contacted and kept us informed.. Had a few other issues but we were given a refund for the inconvenience and staff very friendly and helpful. Despite the issues we had, we would still stay again.

Good value for money Good location 1 minute away from Albert Docks, and town centre. Large apartment. Clean

Single glaze window in one of the bedrooms and it was quite loud outside

Nice location next to our location for food staff looked after cases until check in at their HQ

Location was brilliant, very quite friends could all be together., apartment really warm

No hot water for the duration of say ,apartment tried,carpets on stairs dangerous,fire escape door was screwed up

Location and hassle free access. Large space that suited us perfectly

Nothing really. Couple of small bits of work needed but nothing that impacts your stay

Excellent location, close to bars restaurants & shops. Public car park & the rear of side street.

Everything was great but the hot water was not great. There are also a few steps on the stairs that need repairing.
