Cute property and easy access

Walls must have been thin since we got complaints about noise when we were mostly talking, even after we turned off our music. It was not super late as we went to bed by 11pm.

Pretty setting and clean

Terrible - the check in and follow up is all online and handled by a third party that has no ability to resolve issues from afar such as getting in your room. There is no onsite managment or any ability to actually talk to someone that owns or manages the property - it is all done thru an answering service - no one willing to help and I was unable to get in because their online template to pay the security deposit is incorrectly set up (requires a suite number or floor # even if you don’t have one ) I have no problem with a set up that doesn’t have people on site - but I do have a problem with accommodations that cannot help you if a problem (such as getting in your room at night when you arrive ) - need to have Someone accountable not a 3rd party (Swoon) answering service - do not recommend this place

This was a great hotel. The decor was amazing

It was a very nice room with a balcony and stocked with everything I needed, which is good because there is generally no staff on site and it's all contactless.

Nothing at all. I like to be left alone when I'm in a hotel and that place provides exactly that.

PRO: The room was clean and neat; beds were comfortable; air conditioner worked well; TV had apps to access your personal streaming channels. CON: The room was very dark; pool wasn't heated; toilet needed to be secured to the floor.
