USVery nice staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was great and was able to walk to get dinner at Griffins.
Wish the restaurant stayed open later so we could have checked it out.
USWhitney and Preston did their best to get us to a lower floor, got us into parking before we could check in and gave us drink pass and cookie since we had to wait for a half of an hour after check in time to get our room.
Room was not ready at check in. After request did not place me on the lowest floor.

The restaurant should be open longer to accommodate guests. You need more handicapped closer parking for the elderly.

Parking isn't the greatest, but it works. There is a parking garage near by.

USWell I would like to point out I came here for a travel softball tournament and asked about the pool hours they proceeded to tell me the hours we go upstairs excited to relax before a the games and find out after we got dressed that the pool closed the day before our arrival due to something and wouldn’t be back open for weeks I spent a lot of money to stay here and the pool to be closed I should of got some of my money or a voucher for the restaurant or something for the inconvenience
The staff lied about the pool and didn’t even tell anyone at check in
