Double tree did not have a room for me. Me and my elderly 80 year old mother had to sleep in our car. I am very disappointed and will not book with book it or stay at the Double Tree ever again. How inconsiderate that there was no returned funds or action taken . The room was paid for in advanced , my disabled 80 year old mom slept in the car

There's no microwave in the room you had go down to lobby to heat your food up which kind of sucks when you on the 12th floor there should be a station on all floors for kitchen amenities

USUSThe room was great, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was very clean and sparkly. I love the bathroom mirrors that lit up. The television remote was very easy to use, and thermostat was also easy to use. I really liked that the walk to the rooms from the elevator were not lengthy. This seems like a small thing, but after a long day of travel, it is nice not to struggle to find your room and walk a long way down a hall alone.
We did not receive our warm cookies at check in. Parking cost extra, which I some how missed. Signage was not great, but it was nice that the parking ramp, event center, and hotel were all connected by an internal hallway. I wish that there was more information inside the room regarding the available amenities. The onsite restaurant was fabulous, though the waitstaff was not even average.
Staff was amazing Preston at the front desk was great and helpful with all our needs nice room very clean. Only thing that was a downside was the hottub was closed under maintenance other than that our stay was superb
This was my third time staying at the double tree in downtown Battle Creek, and every time has been great.The staff is attentive, the hotel is newly renovated, and I love the walking distance to restaurants. The 16th floor bar is a wonderful place to take in the city lights at night.

Would have liked to have free coffee on arrival, but that was not the case. Parking was not as convenient as the ticket scanner was hit or miss on working.
