Nyla at the front desk was very rude
New and awesome location
The staff was friendly and answered questions quickly. Property was well cared for. Food in the Alloy was great and portions were larger than expected.
USWe had the do not disturb sign on the door until 12:30. We thought the cleaning staff would clean the room. When we returned to the room Saturday night, the room was as we left it. The front desk told us that the cleaning crew only cleans in the morning and since they we had the sign on the door, they skipped us. We've never had this problem at other hotels. Other than that, the stay was great.

Not a thing, can’t complain
This hotel has been entirely renovated, and is great! The location is perfect in downtown Battle Creek, and is walkable from restaurants and the train station. The bed was super comfortable. On the top floor there is a bar with a fabulous view of Battle Creek. I will definitely make this my hotel of choice when returning to Battle Creek.
