USOur room had shades, but there was a big light that shined right through it so we never got total darkness to sleep. When we first arrived, our room didn’t have a remote control for the TV. They had to go look for it and maintenance. Had to bring one up.

USThis is a beautiful facility with so many areas to just hang out and read a book or sit by a fire pit. So relaxing!

The staff was extremely unhelpful. I asked for adjoining rooms in our reservation notes. Not only were we not able to get adjoining but our two rooms were booked on completely different floors 3 levels apart. When we arrived at 7:00 PM only one of the rooms was ready. There was no attempts to help or make any of this better. We were trying to get some food but were not able to find the phone number for the restaurant and when we called down to the front desk no one answered but when we went down to the lobby three people were standing around at the front desk. When we checked out in the morning after hearing kids running up and down the halls and screaming during the night, the girl at the front desk was very rude and very unpleasant. While the building and rooms itself are nice, some major changes need to be made in regards to customer service and booking. Book carefully.
Room was dusty glasses were dirty and the bed sucked no frig or microwave
Nice hotel located in downtown Battle Creek. We will stay here again as it's conveniently located & recently renovated.
