FLH Santa Catarina Cozy Apartment

Location.

Pipes horrible smell. Uncomfortable matress. Toilet flushing endlessly. They had the manteinance guy into the appartment without our knowledge with all our belongings scattered around. We asked for extra sheets and they said no, extra keys and we had to go ourselves to a far away street to pick them up and leave a deposit. The air con only works in the living room, it does not cool the bedroom.The floor under the bed is full of dirt. Not happy at all with the owner treatment and late responses.. We entered at 15.45h instead of 15h because the room was not ready! To compensate they let us check out al 12h . In all, I would not recommend this apartment.

The property was overall good for it's price. Location was near city center, you could reach main streets by approximately 25 minute walk (it's uphill so it depends on your abilities). There were many restaurants in the same street so you could relay on that. The location by itself feels safe and we did not have any problems speaking of the neighborhood. Check in instructions were very clear. Building seems newer and it felt really secure. It is really spacious and it was perfect for our stay (3 persons). There is much light in apartment which is a big plus for us.

I noticed that this is problem with many accommodations in Lisbon, but I have to mention it. When we arrived in the accommodation smell of sewage was really strong. We needed to put items over sink in the kitchen hoping that it would reduce the smell, and we haven't used it at all. The smell was very strong every time that we went inside the apartment. But with opening windows from time to time, it didn't bother us that much.. I have to say that bed sheets should be a bit cleaner or newer because we felt a bit itchy while using them. That gave us the impression that apartment wasn't that clean, although towels seemed pretty clean. Beds are not really comfortable (couch especially) so I feel like owners should take that into consideration. We weren't expecting water beds but it wasn't very pleasant to sleep on couch after long day of walking uphill.

the location was good. We liked having a larger space than a hotel.

there is no place to store your luggage when plane arrives before checkin. there is a laundry mat beside the place and they have a luggage service which would have been nice to know before hand

Era molt lluminós, estava molt ben situat i era molt maco. Molt ben equipat per estar-hi a gust.

Feia olor a desguàs a vegades

Konumu çok iyiydi heryere yürüme mesafesindeydi asansörü vardı ihtiyacımız olan herşey vardı

La posizione centrale dell’appartamento

La pulizia in generale ma soprattutto del bagno, in cui abbiamo trovato peli, capelli, macchie sul water… Le federe dei cuscini non erano pulite e nemmeno il panno da coprire. Inoltre c’era un odore molto forte di fogna

Nos quedamos 5 días en el piso 3 amigas y estuvimos muy cómodas. La cama era muy grande por lo que las tres pudimos dormir ahi pero también había un sofa cama. La cocina estaba completa y muy bien equipada pero no había microondas. La ubicación ideal.

Cuando llegamos el piso no es que estuviera lleno de pelusas pero si que la limpieza dejó un poco que desear. Había algunos pelos en el suelo.

Proximidade com o Centro histórico da cidade.
