Well behaved and organised staff best thing is over there is all rooms are so hygiene and clean so plea-sent staff and good behaviour .My experience is overall everything is too good hotel rooms cleaning washroom lights every thing and the special one is the management accountants whatever him behaviour is soo so nice and helpful that is the main good thing is in hotel....

Rooms were clean especially washrooms, staff behaviour excellent, specially vimal ji in reception, food were good and services prompt. Would recommend others for a perfect stay in mussoorie cause of the accessibility and amenities......

The hotel is walking distance to the mall road. The room decor and ambience is top notch at the price paid. The staffs were very courteous and provided all services on time. Breakfast buffet was decent and the in room dining food was very good. The stay was worth all the penny spent...

Location amenities, food at restaurant, staff, over all excellent experience. And the best thing I like most is it is at walkin distance to the mall road.

The lenght of bed in room is short for a person having a height of 6 feet and above.
