"Not at all a comfort stay"

Only one of the the young waiter!

- Two receptionists: When we booked the room we had minor requirements which they first agreed and told us it will be fulfilled and said "You please first pay some initial amount to book the room". After we arrived, they completely changed their behavior and forgot what they promised. - Odor of the rooms: We had to request them twice to clean the bed sheet as we could see fallen hairs on the bed and the cushions. And the worst part was the washrooms. Whenever you open them, they would smell like sewer.
