La atención, las zonas comunes y la comida

El mar se ve con buena calidad de agua a ciertas horas del día. Esto nos hizo desistir de disfrutarlo. Se que no es responsabilidad del hotel pero a nosotros nos genera dudas para volver, aunque todo lo del hotel fue excelente

Equipe muito gentil e atenciosa, embora a recepção só falava espanhol se empanhavam para atender e até utilizaram o tradutor para esclarecer termos tecnicos. Café da manhã e almoço são muito bons, para jantar pode escolher entre três restaurantes diferentes, todos a la carte e com comidas muito bem elaboradas. A pscina e praia são naravilhosos, com ótima infraestrutura e um bar onde preparam a bebida que desejar, além das refeições pode pedir lanche ou porções. A noite possui bar, eventos, cinema e um área de café. Gostamos de tudo

Infelizmente não levamos roupa social, o que é necessário para jantar no restaurante francês.

"It’s a decent 4* but not 5*. Food and wine options are limited"

Building is really nice, the lobby architecture is modern, light and so nice to sit in. Pool area and garden area is also great.

The worst in our view: on top of all-inclusive the hotel offers candle light dinners. But use it as excuse to try and sell you a club membership and ask you to attend a presentation of 90 mins for it. Very intense sales technique, hard to get out while staying friendly. Ruined our vacation vibes for a bit. The rooms and amenities are a bit outdated, single glass windows, air conditioning has to run 24/7 and still the air is humid and humidity gets into all clothes.

Que no tocan la puerta a la hora de la limpieza y estando yo en la habitación me la abrieron qué si yo necesitaba algo eso no me gustó
