The beds were comfortable and the grounds were nice by the pools

The staff had no clue on anything and many of them had attitudes if you asked a question or needed anything. There was multiple times where I had asked for help and or questions. I was told to go and talk to someone else who could help and then they would say they couldn't help and go to this person where ultimately nobody helped.

Hola ha sido una experiencia muy desagradable 1. Nos entregaron una habitación con olor a humedad, desde el inicio se solicitó habitaciones con silencio y me cambiaron a la habitación más ruidosa al lado del ascensor 2. Limpieza; estuve 4 días y era un problema para que pasaran hacer aseo durante el día 3. Exigen código de vestido para ingresar a los restaurantes pero solamente le exigen a ciertas personas a los americanos y personas e color no les exigen 4. Fuimos al restaurante Oceanía ( supuestamente el mejor) varias mesas estábamos en la terraza demoraron más de 1 hora la cena. 5. Verifiquen cuando les hagan aseo porque te ponen sábanas sucias Realmente fue una experiencia poco agradable pensé que el hotel guardaba la calidad va precio por que tiene una ubicación muy buena cerca a la ciudad pero no es así …
