BGIt's brand new, modern, very clean and cosy apartment. Parking is also a big plus because it's hard to find a spot in the town. The host did his best to accomodate us a bit earlier than the check in time.

TRQuite and elegant location. Facilities were clean and the host was reachable when ever we needed. Most of the plugs had USB sockets built in, very convenient. Having a parking space reserved was very nice.
I did not enjoy the narrow (Italian) roads that lead to the property. When I say narrow, I mean only-one-car-can-fit narrow. Good luck if you see another car coming from the other direction. If you are traveling with an SUV (like we do), I cannot emphasize enough that you take extra caution when maneuvering. We scratched our car. But this does not mean this will happen to all. Still, I suggest to leave your car at the pier or somewhere in the city. Don't let car stuff affect your experience at this property.

TWVery clean, modern facilities, private. The heating was warm enough for this off season as well. The beds are big, and the blankets are quite comfortable.
Parking (the road up to the house / parking area was very narrow - but this seems to be common in lake Como so not the property’s issue). It was also a tad bit difficult to figure out how to unlock the door via the link they sent us (you need this to open the door from the inside as well apparently) so make sure you have good enough signal!
ARThe hosts have been very friendly at all times. They have taken care of our check-in and have helped us every time we had doubts. The place is beautiful, large, ideal for families or friends because it has large common spaces and rooms as well. It has a very nice park and a fully equipped kitchen to cook if you wish.
