Balcony House Apartment in Kendal

We stayed in the garden house which is a self contained apartment with kitchenette and large bathroom. The place was very cosy with its own log burning stove and comfortable bed. There is a parking space just at the back of the garden and a lovely table to have breakfast when the weather is warm. The host was quick to respond to any questions and overall very friendly.

We liked the comfortable bed, the equipment for self catering, the fire box (which we enjoyed each night) and the privacy. Our host Mandy was friendly and engaging. If you wanted to, you could also watch one of the three TVs while in the bath (we gave that a miss tho).

Absolutely beautiful place. Stunning throughout. Loved the ladies area and the ducks outside were so cute. The hosts are lovely and friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Location was perfect for me, within reach of super stores for groceries, host was brilliant, waited for me to arrive despite traffic delays, property in pristine condition, well kept and looked after. Will definitely be booking again whenever I visit lake district.
