Balcony House Apartment in Kendal

The apartment was excellent and good value for money. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Loved the ducks!

We absolutely loved the place. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and with a comfortable bed where we slept delightfully. Mandy has been a wonderful host providing all with all the information we needed and has been available through all our stay. We spent a few days in beautiful Kendal and the surrounding area, so this was a perfect place for us. We loved every single moment. Moreover the ducks that Mandy has welcomed us and kept us company throughout our stay. I will definitely miss greeting them in the morning.

Highly recommend. Nice space and facilities for a couple. Designated parking. Local amenities close by, and Kendal Town is only a 15 minute walk. Good base for walking in the Lakes

Found the bathroom very cold

Absolutely gorgeous apartment tastefully furnished exceptionally clean. Wish we had more time to enjoy the log burner everything was wonderful from the TV in the bathroom to the three little ducks who kept us entertained at the back door! Mandy was very friendly and helpful in giving us directions nothing was too much trouble want to return very soon and make the most of this little gem. P.S. I mistakenly scored.one instead of five on a different review so definitely this.property is a five star rating !!!

The host Mandy was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were perfect, the whole place was amazing, and we loved resident ducks 🙂

Nothing

It was clean, well-presented and very well-equipped. There were surprises with it too, in having a third TV in the bathroom mirror and lovely duckies in the yard. It’s very tastefully decorated and the linens and furnishings (particularly the bedding) was quality. It’s in a perfect central area to enjoy the main attractions of the Lake District and is a very short walk away from a lovely pub, if that’s your sort of thing.

I couldn’t really fault it, the hosts were courteous and informative and made it clear if we needed anything that they were happy to help. Thank you!

What a gorgeous apartment. The host Mandy was super lovely, the place was absolutely spotless & really cozy. I had a really lovely stay & would definitely return if I was in Kendal again.
