Balcony House Apartment in Kendal

Modern, clean, location, bed, kitchen / diner. All little extra touches for women in dress area.

Bedroom was a bit too small. Walking from kitchen, through bathroom, to get to bedroom was a bit strange. But you soon got use to it. On this occasion, unfortunately the air con was not working.

Liked the whole apartment very comfortable bed and TV in bathroom was novel. Garden lovely and 4 very cute pet ducks. Host Mandy was very friendly.

Don’t like P shaped baths have one at home.

The apartment was perfect for my friends 66th birthday treat. We really enjoyed staying here, everything was clean and you can tell a lot of time and effort went into this place. The bed was amazingly comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms, modern and a great location for exploring the Lake District. The ducks were very cute, I gave them a little treat which they enjoyed. Hope to come here again. We really enjoyed the private patio around the corner too, but unfortunately we couldn’t sit out for long as there were a lot of horse flies about which is not the owners fault at all - but they were huge haha.

Location on the edge of town very close to petrol station and major supermarket's Excellent Hosts Accommodation was great and spotlessly clean with good range of household items supplied

I did not like having to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom and livingroom Entrance to parking area at rear oh house very tight especially with larger vehicle

Lovely apartment, perfect size and very cozy. The bed was super soft
