Peaceful Rooms at Pande Residency

The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We got towels and toilet paper, we had nice balcony, the property is in a quiet side street and Prakash is just such a nice guy. Thank you and I wish you the best.

Lovely peaceful location, super clean, excellent host who was incredibly helpful. The room was simple but had everything I needed. The balcony was perfect, the price was right. It was perfect to stay there to recharge after a busy time in North India. Highly recommend.

Our host was very friendly and helpful beyond all expectations. Our room was clean and comfortable and the location was indeed peaceful although the street dogs all barked each night for about 20 minutes , but then settled down for a peaceful night. There are also several restaurants within a short walk from the property which provide good food to suit all tastes.

We didn't like having to leave and could have stayed if time and budget had allowed us to.

Very spacious room for a very reasonable price. Very kind owner that wants to help you with everything. Good location near by 2 beaches.

This is an excellent place to stay. Uniquely even in South Goa, Rajbag has not yet been taken over totally by tourists / travellers. The beach doesn't have beach shacks, the tea stalls and restarants are mainly - but not only - used by Indian tourists and Pande's place is simply great! Cheap, big rooms, large balconies and Prahash runs the place in a wonderfully laid-back and freindly way. I didn't know such places still existed in Goa

Nothing. The hotel is down a side lane but you will find it eventually, everyone knows where it is

Best value for money of all my trip in south india, clean and confortable room with a small balcony under the palm trees, the host is very kind, flexible check-in, fridge available, it is in a very quiet area, near a golf course and 10-15 minutes walk from the Rajbag beach (very few people on the beach, walking along the seaside you can arrive in 5 minutes to Patnem beach), just 1 minute from main road with shops and restaurants
