Peaceful Rooms at Pande Residency

The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The best bed we slept on our 3 month trip. It's only a short walk away from Galibag beach, which is a bit more quiet than the beaches like Palolem. The reception was very good as well, our host helped us a lot with all our planning! Just an amazing place, and for this price!

Prakesh was very nice and helpful when we arrived, gave us advice on beaches and restaurants. Rajbag beach nearby is very nice and less busy than patnem.

Unfortunately there were ants in the bed when we arrived indicating it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was also a lot of dust in the room which suggested this too. No hot water in the en-suite either, only in the communal bathroom. At the end of our stay we mistakenly left some stuff in the wardrobe. I contacted them less than 3 hours after checking out and was told the cleaner had already binned these items and the rubbish had been collected! The host took no responsibility and blamed the cleaner as if they didn’t work for him. He even had the cheek to suggest that I should have taken better care of my stuff when clearly I had made a mistake.

Proper bang-on stay! The room was clean, cozy, and had all the bits you’d need. Nice quiet spot for a proper chill, and the host was well sound, super helpful with everything. Deffo one to recommend!

The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the balcony with the nice view. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Far from center, so it’s better to have a scooter.

It's lovely, spacious room with comfy bed and hot water in the shower! We loved chilling on the balcony surrounded with palm trees. A whole week we enjoyed at this place! Prakash is very friendly and helpful guy, everything went smoothly!

Some construction noise from next door was annoying sometimes

Clean and accessible property. Homestay staff member is super helpful and friendly. He cleared all our doubts about itinerary and helped us when needed. Point to highlight is, we reached homestay late at night (11:00 pm) and we wanted to have dinner at that time. As we were new to the place, we did not know where to go. He came along with us (we were two women alone), waited till we have food and safely took back us to home stay. I highly recommend this home stay in all ways!
