Authentic Bath property with river setting

Location was walkable to all the attractions, close proximity to the local pub, and the uniqueness of the place.

Nothing really to dislike. 2nd bedroom was on the small size but not much you can do abt that.

Comfortable,clean accommodation.Good location for the city centre.

Unfortunately we had a day and a half of tree surgeons cutting down the trees immediately adjacent to the property starting at 8am in the morning with chain saws so was very disturbing and meant we couldn’t enjoy sitting out on the veranda and enjoy the river view because of falling debris.

Great location Historic building Unique Very clean

Towels were very small. Missed having a coffee machine in the kitchen.

The cleanliness and the facilities.

The heating needed adjusting. The water in one of the showers was not warm enough.

Excellent location stairs may an issue for older or infirm visitors - not an issue for us. Outstanding location for visiting Bath we would definitely stay here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
