I stayed at this hotel for eight nights and I have nothing but praise for my experience. The check-in process was very quick, and the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help—not only with hotel-related matters, but also with recommendations and information about places to visit. The housekeeping was excellent: towels were changed daily, everything was spotless, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, very close to metro station, Nishiki Market and a lot of coffee shops and local stores, making it very convenient for exploring the area. What impressed me the most was their outstanding customer service. After I had already checked out the hotel contacted me through Booking.com to let me know that I had accidentally left an item in my room. They had found it and immediately reached out to me. What impressed me even more was that they kindly offered to send the item to me in Tokyo, despite the effort and trust involved on their side. Since the shipping costs were to be paid by the recipient (me), if I had not collected the package they could have potentially faced unnecessary return shipping costs. I truly appreciated both the effort they made to help me recover my belongings and the trust they placed in me. I recommend this hotel, it offers excellent value for money and makes guests feel welcome and cared for. And...the surprise! As a matcha lover, I was absolutely delighted to find a matcha preparation kit and some matcha waiting for me in the room upon arrival. It was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel even more special. Thank you very much for making my stay such a wonderful experience!

Exceptional staff. V clean. Small like all inner city Japanese hotels but very comfortable. Breakfast on ground floor is very good. Great location
