Hotel Resol Kyoto Shijo Muromachi

The staff were amazing. They helped collect a package and our bags that were sent. Every request met with offers to help. So love hotels like this.

There aren't any facilities other than the lobby, it could do with a meeting room or a place with a few desks.

Centrally located, very convenient for public transport, lot of eating places nearby, beautiful decor, great complimentary activities

朝食のレベルは十分でした。 ロケーションも駅出口からもさほど遠くなく。 施設も清潔感があり良かった。 ホテル内の香りが良かった、何を使っているのでしょう。

エアコンの調整が細かくできなかった。温度調整できなかったような。 USB差込口があるとよい。 目覚まし時計がしょぼかった。

חדרים בסגנון יפני מהממים! החדר היה ממש נקי והשירות היה מעולה , יש להם פעילויות לפי חודשים כל פעם משהו אחר ציירנו על פעמי רוח מכונה לסוגי קפה בין המלונות הטובים שהייתי

The location is great , the room was nice and there was even matcha for us to drink 😍 Also, the hotel organised different cultural workshops and we participated in Daruma painting workshop.

Every night at 2:30 am they were loading something outside for 30 minutes up to an hour . It was very loud and we couldn’t sleep . It happened every single night , so if you are a light sleeper, make sure you have earplugs . But I don’t blame the hotel , I don’t think it’s their fault . Overall, the hotel is great !
