Hotel Resol Kyoto Shijo Muromachi

Lovely rooms, friendly staff, very ideal location for us (quiet but still walkable to main areas), and the hotel had organized cultural activities in the lobby, which was a surprise!

Would be nice to have more hangers or space on the wall to hang clothes.

We were celebrating a special occasion and the hotel had the most thoughtful gifts for us upon arrival, the ambiance of the room made it very romantic, one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in a while.

The laundry machines could be upgraded to more powerful ones, at least the dryer.

La ubicación era ideal, cerca de estaciones del metro y de muchos restaurantes, centros comerciales y cafés. El personal es muy amable y las actividades que tienen por la tarde para los huéspedes son excelentes. Nos sorprendió mucho poder ver el show de Maiko. Muy hermoso!

Siento que falta una limpieza más profunda en las habitaciones, hay un poco de olor a humedad y el baño al no ser de la marca Toto , se siente que baja la calidad.

2度目の滞在です。今回もとても快適に過ごせました。 立地が良く、館内も清潔で、スタッフの皆さまの丁寧な対応が印象的です。無料配布のバス停マップがとても便利で、観光の移動に毎回助かっています。

Lovely property, great location, nice and quiet, and lovely bath and amenities provided!

The only difficulty was not having much space to store our suitcases. The room was a similar size to others we stayed in in Japan, but most we could get our cases under the bed or in the hallway.
