Room was clean and had all the necessities. Lots of room. The staff was very friendly.

The quality of the room and facilities for the price that I paid was very low. Breakfast was located a 5-10 minute walk away in another building and was lackluster.

Great breakfast at nearby hotel. Drinking water available. Quite, walkable location. Staff friendly.

Cold shower and no where really to relax other than room. 10% extra of you wanted to pay by card.

We had our apartment which was great, next to city center. Breakfast included was a plus but they serve from 8 am which is useless as most activities starts from 7am

The noise from next door venues is too much, first night we had a wedding which went until like 4am, second night we were away on a volcano trip so not sure but again 3rd night you could hear music from what i guess is a bar…place is great but the noise is unfortunately not great to rest…also breakfast starts way too late so make sure if you count on it that your activities dont start before 9am

The staff was awesome with us, they stored out bags so we could hike the volcano, and besides being safe and everything well takes care of, they let us take a shower when we picked the backpacks up. The room is okay for the price, was clean and had everything it promised to have.

The bathroom could be better, but fine and everything was working properly

Great lication, quiet for sleeping and very friendly. There was a drying rack and a wonderful kitchenette to use
